It is not too late to register for the Chatham-Savannah Youth Futures Authority Community Summit IX on September 24-25, 2009 in the Savannah Civic Center’s Ballroom.
The Chatham-Savannah Youth Futures Authority hosts an Annual Community Summit that educates our citizens on social issues that relate to youth and families. During this two-day Summit, members of the community and key stakeholders are invited to take part in learning opportunities to address issues of concern surrounding education, child health, early childhood and youth development.
This year’s Summit will consist of an Opening Luncheon, a Community Breakfast, and Summit Sessions. Registration for the Summit is $35.00 per person.
The Summit will also host a Family Engagement Night: A Call to Action with a special focus on self development of our youth.
The keynote address for this event will be presented by Antwan “Big Boi” Patton of the Grammy Award winning duo Outkast and Board Chair of the Big Kidz Foundation.
