Women At The Table Presents A Discussion on Domestic Violence and “How I Made It”

On Sunday, February 18th at 5:00 pm, Women At the Table will feature a dynamic two- part panel discussion focusing on domestic violence and how a young black man from the streets of Harlem achieved success by becoming a master tailor.

Our special guest Cheryl Branch, Executive Director of S.A.F.E. Shelter will speak and answer questions on the topic of domestic violence, how it impacts families from all walks of life, and the services her agency provides in helping those in need. Domestic violence is a topic that has dominated the national news recently and is something that can erupt in any family at any time.

Gentleman Jim McFarland’s story is one of inspiration and determination that you don’t want to miss. We ask that you come, bring or tell a friend and join us for a power packed evening as WATT provides an opportunity to learn, be engaged, and enjoy this free community service.
