A veteran of 30 years of military service, she is recognized for her commitment and dedication to the overall mission of the CRTC and the airmen she so ably mentors through training and educational advisement.
Senior Master Sergeants are key, experienced, operational leaders, skilled at merging their personnel’s talents, skills, and resources with other teams’ functions to most effectively accomplish the mission. These senior noncommissioned officers continue to develop their leadership and management skills in preparation for expanded responsibilities and higher leadership positions, typically operating at the operational or decision-making leadership level.
SMSgt Wade and her family reside on Whitemarsh Island.
The CRTC, an element of the Georgia Air National Guard, is headquartered across the airfield from the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport.
