Two Chatham County Public School Students Named National Reflections Winners

Two Savannah Chatham County Public School System students have been named National PTA Reflections Award winners.

Jaccaria Ellison from Bloomingdale Elementary School and Brendon Polk from Savannah Arts Academy received the prestigious honor for their exemplary talents in the arts.

Jaccaria received the award in Dance and Brendon for Musical Composition.

They were among six district students who advanced to the national level of competition.

The PTA Reflections Program encourages elementary, middle and high school students to explore their talents through the Arts.

The competition is split into seven categories of emphasis: Literature, Dance, Film/Video Production, Musical Composition, Photography, Visual Arts and Theme Search.
