Top Ladies of Distinction and Top Teens of America Attend 2011 Syn-Lods National Meeting


On June 19-22, 2011, The Savannah Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated and Top Teens of America attended Syn- Lod in San Diego, California.

Syn-Lod is a national business meeting of all TLOD Chapters, and is held every odd number year. Lady Jacquelyn Stephens read the Old Testament during the Noon Gospel Brunch/ Ecumenical Service.

The following Ladies and Teens represented the Savannah Chapter: Lady Annette Mitchell, President of Top Ladies of Distinctions, Incorporated, Jacquelyn Stephens, Versie DuPont, Eddie Lee Marsh, Carolyn Stanley, and Carrie Howard. Teens Levelyn Bridges, April Norton, and Taylor Grant represent Savannah Chapter of Top Teens. The Teens and Ladies brought back numerous Awards and Recognitions. Teens Lexus Johnson won the Area IV Scholarship and the TLOD National Scholarship, Teen Levelyn Bridges represented the Savannah Chapter as Miss Top Teen. Teen Q’unique Toxey was named Area IV Community Beautification Chairperson.

The Savannah Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated is pleased to announce that we have two National Officers.

Lady Eddie Lee Marsh is the newly elected National Area Iv Director. Lady Marsh won her bid for National Area IV Director with 212 delegate votes. She will oversee 22 TLOD chapters in Area IV.

Lady Carrie Howard is the National Top Teens Director. Lady Howard won the bid for National Top Teens Director with 210 delegate votes. She will oversee more than 100 TTA chapters in Areas I-IV.
