Three Students Chosen to Represent SCCPSS as United States Presidential Scholar Nominees

Three Savannah Chatham County Public School students from three different high schools have been nominated to represent the District as United States Presidential Scholars. In the area of Academics, Johnny Ho, a student at Windsor Forest High School will be the nominee. In the area of Arts, Jennifer Wei, a student at Savannah Arts Academy is nominated. In the area of CTE, Monique Bingham, of Beach High School will be the nominee.

The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program was established in 1964, by executive order of the President, to recognize and honor some of our nation’s most distinguished graduating high school seniors.

Our District nominees will now move forward into the state selection process.
