Pin Point is a community in change, with younger members moving on to professions that just decades ago would not have been possible. Varns Seafood Processing House employed most of the residents for several decades and today this old bleached wooden facility is being restored through a collaborative effort among several individuals and organizations.
Pin Point is the childhood home of Justice Clarence Thomas.
