Trinity Sanctuary Concerts will present a series of concerts, “Friday Lunchtime Concert Series” at Trinity United Methodist Church, located at 225 W. President St. on Telfair Square. Concerts will run from 12:15pm to 12:45pm, Fridays beginning September 18 through October 23. All events are free and open to the public with complimentary lemonade and coffee following the program. This series has been thoughtfully assembled by Savannah Philharmonic Principal Oboist, Andrew Jay Ripley.
Music at Trinity hopes to support and foster the development of arts in downtown Savannah, while not only providing music and arts programming in this historic downtown church sanctuary, but also supporting musicians with opportunities to perform.
In the intimate acoustic of Trinity church, this series of small musical ensembles blends local and regional musicians from very different genres and musical backgrounds on the stage. The concerts feature a distinctive mix of renowned performers and emerging artists from classical, jazz, folk, and rock music coming together in collaboration each week.
Each concert is designed to deliver signature programming to an audience including downtown professionals, senior citizens, homeschool students, and tourists visiting our beautiful city.
