Tanger PinkSTYLE Cards for Breast Cancer

Tanger Outlets in Pooler sold the chain’s “Tanger PinkSTYLE Cards” again this October to raise money to fight breast cancer. A portion of the proceeds goes to national research and the rest goes to the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute’s (ACI) breast programs. Recently, the shopping center presented that donation of more than $3,000. Shown here at the presentation are (from left) Althea Gaitor, diagnostic breast nurse navigator with the ACI; Virginia Wilson, mother of long-time Memorial Health employee

Lynn Bishop, who succumbed to breast cancer; Anne Cordeiro, development director for the Memorial Health Foundation, the health system’s fundraising wing; and Laura Simmons, general manager of Tanger Outlets in Pooler.
