For two weeks a group of 15- to 18-year-old young adults learned every aspect of the healthcare industry and how it is practiced at St. Joseph’s/Candler. The growth of health care industry careers is unprecedented and St. Joseph’s/Candler seeks to cultivate young people for future job opportunities.
It is the mission of the 100 Black Men to mentor across a lifetime. It is the mission of St. Joseph’s/ Candler to treat illness and promote wellness for all people. Meaningful employment facilitates these two missions. Both organizations will partner to expose young men to professions and skills to achieve what is possible.
