Second Generation Hospitality Company Announces New Commercial Development

HOS Management is pleased to announce a new commercial development, the Commons in The Village at Savannah Quarters®. Construction on this 32,000-square-foot retail shopping complex located near I-16 and Pooler Parkway is expected to begin within 45 days with occupancy slated for the first quarter of 2018. Current plans call for 21 1,500-square-foot units that can be combined and customized to suite potential tenants’ needs.

Featured tenants to the new development will include a well-known local coffee shop, and a premium fitness club. It will also become a prime shopping location for southern Pooler and nearby Chatham County communities like Southbridge, Berwick, and along Pine Barren and Quacco Roads. This location will become the closest grocery-anchored shopping center on the I-16 corridor for the 40,000+ vehicles traveling to and from work daily. The current closest location is 52 miles away in Statesboro. Existing businesses in The Village include Publix, BP Gas Station, Savannah Quarters® Realty, Georgia Skin and Cancer, and several other offices.
