School Administrators and Staff Honored for Beating the Odds

Principals and staff members from schools exceeding statistical predictions for academic performance were awarded Certificates of Recognition by Phi Delta Kappa Chapter 1219 at a TEA & CHEERS Reception on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Southwest Library Auditorium. The remarkable achievement of “Beating the Odds” was celebrated in an address by Dr. Mary Kropiewnicki, Dean and Professor of Education at Savannah State University accompanied by Dr. Michaela Munday, Assistant Professor of Education, also of Savannah State University.
