Savannah Jaycees is pleased to announce their 2018 Board of Directors and Executive Officers.
Antwan Lang, Legalshield, will serve as President; James Hall, Chatham County Juvenile Court, will serve as Vice President; Le- Andrea Mikell, World Trade Center Savannah, will serve as VP of Communications; Jared Orton, Savannah Bananas, will serve as VP of Membership; Gordon Hunter,
Calvary Day School, will serve as VP of Community Development; Tim Burnsed, Ameris Bank, will serve as Treasurer, Chris Player, Regions Bank, will serve as Assistant Treasurer; Marianne Ganem-Poppell, Savannah Master Calendar, will serve as Director, Sarah Martin, SunTrust Bank, will serve as Director, Rachel Bishop Savannah Morning News, will serve as, Secretary; and Cynthia Wright, Carriage Trade Public Relations and Cecilia Russo Marketing will serve as Immediate Past President.
“The past and current members have cultivated an organization with a strong foundation, built on professionalism, leadership and community development,” saidLang. Savan- nah Jaycees have raised and donated thousands of dollars .The group has produced award-winning events, most recently bringing “home” awards from the Georgia State Convention for the 75th Anniversary Gala, as well as the Junior Jaycees program for local middle school students.
