The Hungry Club Forum of Savannah, Inc. (HCFS) will continue its annual focus on Community Economic Development and Small and Minority Business Development at its Saturday, September 17, 2016 Signature Roundtable and Open Forum. The breakfast forum will be held in the Multipurpose Room of the WSB YMCA, located at 1110 May Street, at 9:30 AM.

As Part 2 of the HCFS Annual Celebration of National Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Month, Robert Earl James, President, since 1971, of the Carver State Bank of Savannah, has been invited to speak on the bank’s vision as relates to Savannah’s economic development horizon and the role that the Carver State Bank will play in assuring that the African American community has greater participation in all aspects of the growth and prosperity of the Metropolitan Area.

According to Bishop Willie Ferrell, HCFS President, Mr. James has an exemplary track record when it comes to his knowledge of business and banking and how to combine that with community leadership and service.
