Robert E. James To Present At The Hungry Club Forum

For 45 years, more than half the bank’s existence, he has been at the helm of a capacity building institution in the community. We are interested in his vision for the present and future.

The Hungry Club Forum monthly Saturday breakfast series, patterned after the Atlanta forum, provides a unique opportunity for a broad range of the total Savannah community to hear from noted individuals, both local, and from other areas, who have a message of growth, progress and inspiration for the community.

People from all walks of life continue to benefit from its educational, economic empowerment and cultural enrichment programs.

In its tenth year, the HCFS invites the general public to join us in meeting and greeting and discovering what’s in store for Savannah, and to learn what we can do to improve the quality of life in our community. “We want to continue to interact, dialogue, exchange and share with people who are making a difference in the Savannah community,” says Diana Harvey Johnson, President, Pinnacle Communications Corporation, consultants to the HCFS, the informal breakfast forums bring together a diverse audience of business owners, clergy, elected officials, neighborhood leaders and community advocates to access the status and address the needs of African Americans and the entire community of Savannah and the Coastal Empire area.
