Prenatal Yoga 6-Week Series

Prenatal Yoga classes for expectant mother’s are offered every Friday at Awakening Yoga Studio, lead by owner and certified prenatal/postnatal instructor Lisa Ripa. Learn breathing techniques to calm the body and mind, build strength and flexibility needed to endure a healthy childbirth by using specific yoga poses, and learn comfortable ways to relax during your pregnancy! No yoga experience necessary, suitable for those at least 12 weeks pregnant and are not having any complications in their pregnancy.
