Mayor Bronco Bostick Named Male Extraordinaire

Bronco Bostick, winner of the 2011 Male Extraordinaire Spirit of Excellence Business Award has won a landslide victory over his opponent Sal Arzillo for a second term as Hardeeville’s first African American Mayor.

In addition to being named the 2011 Male Extraordinaire, he is the recent recipient of many awards including the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Citizen of the Year and Hardeeville Senior Citizens Appreciation Awards.

Mayor Bostick is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Beaufort and Midland College with a degree in Fire Science and Public Administration. Among his many certificates is the Economic Growth and Development sponsored by the SC Department of Commerce.

Mayor Bostick and his wife, Luteley, a nurse practitioner, are the parents of a son, Rodney, a Citadel cadet, and a daughter, LaToria, a nurse.

Mayor Bostic will also play a key role in The Spirit of Excellence Business Award 10th annual celebration that will be held October 20, 2012 at Savannah Marriott Riverfront.
