International Paper’s Savannah Mill Accepting Applications For The IP Foundation


International Paper’s Savannah mill is currently accepting applications for the International Paper Foundation. The deadline to apply is March 14, 2014. Nonprofit organizations that perform work and provide services in the following areas are encouraged to apply: environmental education— outdoor classrooms; awareness of the environment with a hands-on approach; literacy— books, reading programs and tools to increase reading; and employee involvement— organizations where IP employees volunteer. Applications can only be submitted online at www.ipgiving.com.

The mill will be conducting a grant information session on Thursday, February, 6, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m at the Mary Calder Golf Course, located at 1201 West Lathrop Avenue.
