HIV Community Planning Group to meet in Savannah



ATLANTA (GA) – Community members will get an opportunity to offer input on the development of the statewide, comprehensive plan for the prevention of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) during an upcoming meeting in Savannah. The Georgia Community Planning Group (GCPG) for Prevention will continue discussions on the development of its prevention plan at its next quarterly meeting on November 17-18 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Savannah located at 2 West Bay Street, in Savannah, Georgia.

The GCPG is a collaborative body of diverse individuals and representatives of state, local or territorial health departments charged with planning strategies for preventing the spread of HIV in Georgia’s urban and rural areas.
