Drinking soda? Here is why you may want to STOP.

The companies that manufacture foods, in this country, are in the business to make money. We all are accustomed to buying at the supermarket, where they have become well versed in the marketing of products.

Today our cultural norm is eating what is available in supermarkets and not giving thought to where the food comes from, what its made of, and how it got to the store. There is a whole generation of people who don’t know that food grows from the ground. As far away from the ground the food we eat comes, the sicker the population becomes.

When you see a person who has heart disease, diabetes, cancer, had a joint replacement, who is on dialysis, limping, or who has Alzheimer’s disease, you can bet with 98% accuracy that this person has had a diet high in meats, and sodas.

The problem with soda is that this liquid candy causes illness and early death.

If, when we drink a soda we fell dead, nobody would drink the next one. But, because it leads to years of poor health, and plenty of time in between to pretend it’s not the food, we continue to eat and drink things that injure us from the inside out, killing the body, slowly, but definitely.

This poison is sweet, bubbly, flavorful, refreshing and deadly.

The list is endless the many ways that this combination of poisons destroys health and a persons life. Lets look at just a few: Brain fog, forgetfulness, tooth decay, pressure in the eyes, throat cancer, skin pimples, enlarged heart: high blood pressure, breast cancer, stomach ulcers and cancerpoor digestion and constipation, colon cancer, fatty liver leading to liver failure and cancer, kidney stones, leading to kidney failure, dialysis, weakening of bones, fractures and osteoporosis weight gain (even diet sodas create sweet craving), dehydration, potassium depletion, (bad for the heart).

Remember, Health is a Choice.
