The Savannah Board of Realtors held its 2010 Awards Luncheon Friday, February 28, 2011 at the Savannah Marriott Riverfront. The luncheon is held annually to recognize local realtors for their accomplishments and service to the community throughout the year.
Don Golden of Coldwell Banker Garvin Realtors and Goldie Little of Re/Max Savannah were presented the prestigious Konter Hall of Fame Award. This award was named for Larry Konter, SABOR past president and co-founder of Konter Realty.
Golden, President, Broker, and Co-owner of Coldwell Banker Garvin Realtors has served his community for over 35 years. Golden believes the outstanding performance of his real estate office is based on the Corporate Mission, which is also a very effective philosophy for life: “Autograph Your Work with Excellence!”
Little, real estate agent at Re/Max Savannah has over 24 years of service to the community. She takes pride in her service to the military community.
Other award recipients include Liz Thompson, Attorney at Law as the Affiliate of the Year; Gale S. Hirsh received the Philip M. Heidt Award; Donna Davis received the Realtor of the Year Award; Susan Kornegay received the SMLC President’s Award and Patty A. Carswell received the SABOR President’s Award.
