Rev. Dr. Thomas E. Williams and the congregation of the First African Baptist Church of East Savannah invite each of you to join us for a celebration of Black history with an oldfashioned “Praise House” service. The service will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. The revitalizing theme of the morning will be “He Loosed My Shackles, Now Run and Tell That!” Georgia State Representative, Al Williams, will be the guest speaker. The program will also honor one of our very own local civil rights pioneers, Chairman Emeritus, Deacon Willie M. Roberson for his many years of service, commitment and support to his church and the Savannah community. Join us as we are blessed through old fashioned songs and worship. You will be blessed!
