The ladies are pictured with Dr. Billy Jamison, RMG Museum Board Chairman; Savannah Branch NAACP President Dr. Prince Jackson; and other members of the NAACP. “These two ladies are among the oldest Civil Rights Warriors from our community. They laid everything on the line for what they believed in,” said Dr. Jackson. Mrs. Steele is a retired educator and Dr. Martha Fay is a retired Geneticist.
