The City of Savannah is partnering with Savannah State University to bring a series of entrepreneurship workshops to West Savannah.
The free workshops begin next week, and will be held at the Moses Jackson Advancement Center, 1410B Richards St., which is operated by the City of Savannah Community Planning & Development Department. The workshops are ideal for current business owners, as well as those who are contemplating starting their own business.
The five-part workshop is titled “Starting a Business.” Each of the five parts will be offered two days a week for the convenience of participants. · Wednesday classes will run from 10 a.m. to noon every Wednesday from Oct. 10 through Nov. 14, 2012. · Thursday classes will run from 6:30-8:30 p.m. every Thursday from Oct. 11 through Nov. 15, 2012.
