She is described as a student who demonstrates characteristics conducive to her success and has maintained a positive attitude as well as patience. Her teacher says she has managed to succeed by writing down her goals and being committed to them. She continues to show progress by being active in school and attending tutorial as needed.
As a junior, she has achieved, and now maintains a 3.67 grade point average. She has earned a certificate of completion for attending the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists conference for two years. She is part of the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists and is also a member of Peer Mediation at Woodville
Tompkins. Outside of school, she has volunteered at the Harvest Food Bank. She says, “I understand what it takes to become an emergency doctor. I do not wish to become an average doctor, rather, I want to become the best, therefore, I also understand the work it requires to become the best, which is why I will always strive to excel academically and professionally.” Currently, she is pursuing the Healthcare pathway at Woodville, and by way of this pathway, she will become a Certified Nursing Assistant at the end of May 2020 (as a rising senior).
