Birth Of Christ Celebration

Beginning on Christmas Eve December 24th- until January 5, 2014 everyone is asked to display a white light in a window in Thanksgiving for Christ coming into the World on Christmas Eve at dusk. The light maybe an electric candle, tea candle or a flashlight. (Please no wax candles).

A Children’s Program will be held at 1004 Collat Avenue, December 24th at 6 p.m. with telling of the Birth of Christ and Caroling.

Adults are invited to come from the east, west, north and south of 1004 Collat Avenue to celebrate the Birth of Jesus

Christ at Midnight with the presentation of the Christ Child, Christmas Carols and the reading of the Birth of Christ. Christians of all faiths are welcomes to share their traditions in costume and song.

Formal nightly programs for children will start at 6:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. with children visiting The Christ Child, singing of Christmas Carols. Families are welcome to put together 5 minute skits on the true meaning of Christmas.
