The American Cancer Society will be holding its second annual Evening of Hope from 7 pm – 10 pm on Monday, July 12, at B. Matthew’s Eatery.
The Evening of Hope consists of a 5 course meal with wine pairings selected by B. Matthew’s award winning chef. There will also be a silent auction, wine raffle, and live entertainment.
“Evening of Hope provides an intimate, small setting where people can gather and enjoy each others company,” said Mike Steele, Community Manager.
During the event, guests will be able to bid on multiple silent auction items donated from various local businesses. Along with the silent auction, Bill Smith and Ellen Gross will provide the musical entertainment for the evening.
“We are fortunate to have St. Joseph’s Candler Health Systems, SouthCoast Imaging, and Dr. Yeager and Dr. Mandel at SouthCoast Medical sponsoring this wonderful event,” said Julie Wade, local attorney and sponsorship chair. “Without them, this event would not be possible.”
The proceeds from the Evening of Hope will benefit local patient programs and services.
“Seating for this amazing event is limited,” said Steele. “I encourage all those who are interested to reserve their spot today.”
