The City of Savannah Mayor and Council approved a resolution for a two-day St. Patrick’s Day Festival. The resolution designates March 16 and 17 as the festival days for 2018. It also designates the Festival Control Zone as the area from E. Broad St. to Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and from Broughton Ln. to the Savannah River.
