Groundbreaking for Pooler Outlet Mall

On Tuesday the Pooler City Council along with members of SEDA and other dignitaries witnessed the groundbreaking of 1-million-square-foot upscale development on 173 acres in the southwest quadrant of Interstate 95 and Pooler Parkway. It is the site for a $220 million outlet mall in Pooler. The proposed development is expected to be completed in April 2015.
