Rev. Quentin J. Morris, Sr Graduates with a Master’s in Divinity


Rev. Quentin J. Morris Rev. Quentin J. Morris Rev. Quentin J. Morris, Sr., pastor of Tremont Temple Missionary Baptist Church graduated Saturday, June 2, 2012 with a Masters of Divinity in Ministerial Leadership from Amridge University (formerly Southern Christian University) in Montgomery, AL.

The graduation ceremony lead by university President, Dr. Michael C. Turner, was addressed by Dr. Tom Holland, Director of the Nashville School of Preaching and Biblical Studies. Morris completed his coursework in August 2011 and shared with his congregation Sunday morning, "It was just a personal achievement that I had." Pastor Morris also has a Bachelors in Ministry from Brewton-Parker College in Mt. Vernon, GA.

He acquired both his elementary and high school education in the Talladega County public school system.

Morris is the son of the Late Robert and Willie G. Morris of Talladega, AL. He and his wife, Monina, are the proud parents of four children: DaQuendra, Quiana, Quentin, Jr. and Malachi.

Pastor Morris has a zeal for God and is a willing servant for the Lord. He is sold out to a life of preaching and teaching the good news of Jesus’ return! He is a family man that values any time spent with his family.

Pastor Morris is an active member of the Lambda Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. where he serves as chaplain.

Pastor Morris is an appointed member of the board of the Michael Guido School of Evangelism at Brewton- Parker College, in Mt Vernon, Georgia.
