Pastor Van Marie Green leads the ground breaking for the new sanctuary God kept His promise to Pastor Van Marie Green, Elder Isaiah Green and the Everlasting Life Christian Church family. On August 8, 2010 at 5:00p.m they BROKE GROUND for their New Sanctuary.

Jesus spoke these words according to the gospel of Mark 10:27 “With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”

Our God confirmed this to a crowd of witnesses as He positioned Pastor Van Marie Green, Elder Isaiah Green, Apostle Dr. Idell Cheever, Reverend Alvin C. Edwards, Joyce Parris, Charles E. Hall and Merrill A. Levy, AIA with shovels in hand and hard hats in place to prepare the ground with a short ceremony for the New Sanctuary at 100 Sparkman Drive in Garden City, Georgia.

Saints of the Most High God, trail blazers of the Gospel of Christ, great Leaders from various churches and within the community, friends, family, and well wishers from near and far gathered to celebrate this historical moment of the Beginning of a Divine Completion. The day was filled with the presence of God as they gave the Lord their Worship and exuberant Praise because He alone deserves all the glory and honor.

Pastor Van Marie Green and Elder Isaiah Green Make no mistake that this accomplishment was not made over night, but with years of much prayer, fasting, organizing, giving, even trials and some tears, but they held on to God's Word, trusting Him that He would keep His promise. With a small amount of people God has proven to them that there is nothing too hard for Him to do by faith.

So the Everlasting Life Christian Church family knows that only our great God could do that which seemed to be impossible. For He alone is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we could ask or think according to the power that worketh in us. Therefore to God be the Glory for the great things He has done!!!!!
