Memorial Names Davis Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Darcy Davis Darcy Davis Memorial Health has announced the appointment of Darcy J. Davis, MHA, CPA, as its new senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Davis has been serving as interim CFO since January 2010 and has served as Memorial's vice president of finance and associate CFO since February 2006.

“We are excited that Darcy will continue as our chief financial officer. She is a seasoned healthcare executive who, prior to coming to Memorial, held senior level finance positions at St. Joseph's/Candler Health System, Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Ga., HealthCorp of Tennessee in Chattanooga, and CareSouth Home Health Services in Macon,” said Phillip S. Schaengold, J.D., MBA, president and CEO of Memorial Health. Davis is a certified public accountant. She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration degree from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accounting from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
