The Savannah Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated (TLOD) participated in the Annual Curtis B. Cooper Health Fair on Wednesday, April 21, 2010. This event was held at Savannah State University in Frazier Hall.
Through the combined efforts of two of the major Thrusts of this organization, namely Community Partnership and Status of Women; it was decided that we would focus on providing healthy snacks for the guests in attendance.
The ladies in attendance were afforded the opportunity to stress the importance of eating healthy and including healthy snacks in their diets.
Lady Carolyn Stanley serves as chairperson for this organizational Thrust. Denise Hill served as Chair for the Curtis B. Cooper Health Fair. Lady Annette S. Mitchell is the dedicated president of the Savannah Chapter of TLOD.
