Citywide Memorial Worship Service: A Major Success

All were participants in the Citywide Memorial Worship Service during the 31st Annual Celebration of the birth of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. sponsored by the Martin Luther King, Jr. Observance Day Association.

Rev. Mitchell was the keynote speaker at the Service that was held at St. Paul C.M.E. on Sunday, January 17 2010. Mrs. Carolyn S. Blackshear is President of the Observance Day Association. Rev. James E. Taylor, Presiding Elder of the West Savannah District of the A.M.E. Church, chaired the Citywide Memorial Worship Service Committee.
