Enjoy an afternoon of good food and fun while you help to educate deserving youth in our community. One hundred plus well-known men of Savannah and surrounding areas will square off in “Savannah's 100 Celebrity Men Who Cook” competition on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at Savannah Marriott Riverfront from 3:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M. This special holiday event will benefit the United Negro College Fund, one of our country's oldest higher education assistance programs.

Winners Ronald Frazier and Reginald Stepherson show off their medals and ribbons This is the Tenth Anniversary of the event, and it promises to be bigger and better than ever. Savannah's 100 Celebrity Men Who Cook has collected recipes from participants over the past nine years and has published an attractive keepsake cookbook. The collector's item Savannah's Celebrity Chefs cookbook contains many of the wellloved recipes from past events, including appetizers, main dishes, casseroles, desserts and many others. The cookbook should be available for sale by December 15, 2009. Cookbooks are only $12.00 plus $2.50 shipping and handling, for a total of only $14.50. Order forms will be available so that patrons may place their orders for the collector's cookbooks at this year's event, or they may send a cashier's check or money order in the amount $14.50 to Savannah's Celebrity Chefs - Post Office Box 2932 - Savannah, GA 31402.
