The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Observance Day Association has opened up its contest for themes for the 31st Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration.

The contest is open to all students in grades 4-12. The theme should focus on the philpsophy of Dr. King, and should not exceed more than 10 words. Deadline for themes submissions is December 1, 2009. Please submit themes to:
