Rev. James Shipman The officers and members of the Historic Bolton Street Missionary Baptist Church have announced the retirement of their Pastor The Reverend James Carver Shipman. Reverend Shipman has been the pastor of the Historic Church for twenty seven (27) years.

The retirement program will be held at the Church 821 Martin Luther King Blvd. on November 15, 3.00 pm.

The Reverend Matthew Southall Brown Sr., Pastor Emeritus of the St John Baptist Church (The Mighty Fortress), and Moderator of The Berean Baptist Association, will be the Messenger.

The entire Savannah community is invited.
