Rev. and Mrs. James Shipman The officers and members of the Historic Bolton Street Missionary Baptist Church have announced the retirement of their pastor, Reverend James Carver Shipman, and First Lady Dr. Kermetta Clark Shipman.

Reverend Shipman has been the pastor of the Historic Church for twenty seven (27) years.
