The Fastest Way to Health

I’ve been asked a lot about detox-ing lately, and questions about products, how to use them, and what to expect. So I want to discuss today the best detox program.
Fasting. Fasting, done correctly, is the fastest, most economical and the easiest way to detox. This method of detoxification will create a stunning health metamorphosis. When fasting, the body cleanses itself of dead cells, damaged tissues, fatty deposits, tumors, and abscesses. While fasting the body is able to get a deep physiological rest, it can then redirect the energy saved to heal and repair itself. This deep cleansing, detoxification, purifying of the intestines, blood, and cells - allows for the healing of physical ills as well as the rejuvenation of ones’ mental and emotional health.
No, you don’t hear much about fasting for health because there is no ongoing benefit to persons and agency’s other that the person who is fasting. But, it is the easiest and best way to jumpstart your health. And fasting is totally natural and healthful to do.
Fasting dissolves diseased cells in a systematic manner, cleaning the body’s inner machinery: tubes, membranes and cellular structures, leaving the healthy tissue. Each cell in the body is a complete living entity with its own metabolism, needing its own supply of adequate oxygen, nutritients, and water. However, due to our current lifestyle; poor food choices, shallow breathing, insufficient rest, and sedentary habits, our cells are deprived and start to degenerate, this deterioration of the cell replacement and rebuilding cycle is the beginning of illness.
Fasting allows the mechanisms by which the body can re-set itself and begin the restorative process, allowing for healing. Fasting will renew your skin, allow deep breathing, ease of movement, greater energy, rejuvenate the digestive system, relieve constipation, control cravings and allow the healing of chronic diseases. And that is just the beginning.
Caution: there are a few disease processes in which fasting is contra-indicated. Call, and if you have a disease in which fasting is not advisable, I’ll let you know, but for most persons fasting can be the quickest and easiest way to renew and restore the body to health.
There are different types of fasts, so if you are interested, consult a nutritionist ( like myself ) or health consultant to plan your fast and work with you during the fast, to keep you on tract, from beginning to end. Even if you have heart disease, diabetes or cancer, it may be the perfect action to restore your life. It’s certainly worth investigating.
