The grand opening of the Parkway Crossing Business Center was held at noon on Tuesday, June 2 at the complex, located at the intersection of Chatham Parkway and the Veteran’s Parkway.

Senator Eric Johnson was on hand to give remarks, and raise the flag which indicated the opening of the center.

The property is being developed by Jerry Konter and sales/lease management is being handled by commercial realtor Gary Mankin.

The theme for the event was, “Where Small Business Is Big Business.”

“Parkway Crossing provides area businesses with a unique combination of flexibility, technology and convenience for both employees and customers,” says Mankin.

He adds, “It also affords strategic access to Chatham economic hubs on the southside, mid-town, downtown, West Chatham, and counties west of I-95.”

Buildings 5 and 6 from the Parkway master plan are already completed.

Six additional structures are envisioned, with space increments from 800 to 9,000 sq. ft.
