Johnson High Advances to World Robotics Championship

Keisha Davis,(l) advisor, is pictured with members of the Johnson Robotics Team Keisha Davis,(l) advisor, is pictured with members of the Johnson Robotics Team Johnson High School has been invited to compete in the World Robotics Championship. They qualified by winning the state tournament held February 26, 2009 against schools from all over Georgia.

Team members include: Ms. Keisha D. Davis - advisor, Terry Campbell, Antone Davis- Correia, Dontre' Douse, Michael Hills, Adrian Jusino, Parrish Mack and Michael McGagney.

The 2009 Vex Robotics World Championship will be held April 30-May 2nd in Dallas, Texas.

Johnson High School and other teams from the United States and countries around the globe including: Brazil, Canada, China, England, Hong Kong, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan will participate in the three-day event.
