Women Leadership Summit 2008: "Grooming Up to Leadership"

Over the two days, employers, leaders, and visionaries, came together in one arena, to educate, motivate and "Groom Up To Leadership" the lives of working women, women seeking employment, women seeking a higher education and women seeking to own businesses.
The purpose of the summit was to provide a platform where successful women leaders can teach other women through the sharing of life experiences and skill sets. Organized mentoring programs for women are limited. "Grooming Up To Leadership" sets the stage for future mentorship and professional development opportunities. The program covered all aspects of personal presentation from dress to etiquette to intellectual and rational responses to workplace problem solving, communications and conflict.
