Former Major Leaguer's Coming to Share Their Faith/Baseball Knowledge

Boys and girls ages 7- 12 can receive free tips on the game of baseball and the game of life at the upcoming, ftee baseball camp at the baseball complex at The Bethesda Home for Boys.

Andy McGaffigan, an eleven year veteran of the Major Leagues, will serve as pitching coach on Saturday, November 8. McGaffigan played for five different teams spanning eleven seasons from 1981 to 1991. He holds a career record of 38 and 33 with a 3.38 earned run average in 363 games pitched.

On the infield will be former Cincinnati Red Wade Rowdon. This will be Rowdon's fifth year at the camp.

The 6th annual Sycamore at The Stadium baseball camp is being held Saturday, November 8 from 8:30 to 1pm and Sunday, November 9 from 1:30 to 5pm. Attendees will receive a camp t-shirt, hat and a bible.
