Matthew Young Matthew Young Matthew Young, President of Regal Builders, Inc, was recently installed as President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah. Young was installed by HBA Legal Counsel, Bill Shearouse at Hyatt Regency with over 125 guests, family and friends in attendance.

Since founding Regal Builders with his brother Trey more than 8 years ago, Young has been committed to industry and has served in a wide variety of leadership roles within the Home Builders Association.

Young attended Savannah County Day School and the University of Georgia. He resides in Savannah with his wife Jennifer, their 2 year old twin boys, Carter and Mason and their 4 year old daughter, Reese.

Patty Rietkovich, Executive Director of the HBA of Greater Savannah could not be happier to have Young as the new President. "Matthew is a very smart business man who will do a great job in leading our Association".

Other Officers installed were Jim Walker as Vice President, Jerry Wardlaw as Treasurer, Read Brennan and Secretary and Ted Jones as Associate Vice President.

Several Awards were also presented at the Annual Event. The Builder Member of the Year Award went to Jim Walker of The Lindadan Corp. The Woody Woodward Memorial Award was presented to Ted Jones of Georgia Power and the coveted Hall of Fame Award was presented to Edwin J. Feiler of Metro Developers.
