Dr. Earl G. Yarbrough, Sr. Pastor George A. Moore, Jr. and the St. Philip Monumental AME Church family will host Savannah State University Day on Sunday, November 9, 2008, at 10:45 a.m. The speaker for this event will be Dr. Earl G. Yarbrough. Sr., President of Savannah State University. The entire student body and staff are invited to come and worship with us.

Along with Dr. Yarbrough and the SSU family, Mr. David Richards 2008 Veterans Day Parade Marshal has also been invited to attend. A speeial tribute to Veterans in observance of Veterans' Day will be included in this service.

The public is welcome to join us as we celebrate this momentous occasion.
