The Women's Ministry of St. John Baptist Church holds "First Annual 24-Hours of Power Shut-In"

The Women's Ministry of St. John Baptist Church "The Mighty Fortress" extends a hallelujah welcome to all women near and far - regardless of race, creed or color - to join them in the main sanctuary for their "First Annual 24-Hours of Power Shut-In." The shut-in will commence on Friday, November 7th at 6 a.m. and culminate on Saturday, November 8th at 6 a.m. This self-sacrificing worship experience will be filled with 24 hours of Prayer, Praise, Worship, Teaching and Preaching, Fasting, and Midnight Communion served on Friday night.

For individuals who have medical conditions that prevent them from participating in a continuous fast, light snacks will be provided throughout the fasting period. St. John Baptist Church "The Mighty Fortress" is located in historic downtown Savannah, Georgia at 528 Hartridge Street (between East Broad and Price Streets). Transportation is available with a full wheelchair lift for the disabled. Rev. George P. Lee, III is the Pastor.
