MLK Observance Invites Student to Participate in Selection Theme

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Observance Day Association, Inc. invites all students grades 4-12 to participate in the selection of a theme for the 30th Annual Observance Celebration. Savannah Parkinson Support Group to Meet

Grant Writing Basics and Beyond for Nonprofits

The Georgia Center for Nonprofits will provide training to area nonprofits on grant writing basics and beyond, on Fri., November 14th, 9 AM to 4 PM in Savannah. Participants will learn to craft competitive grant proposals for presentations to foundations, government agencies and corporations. Topics will include organizing information and needs, reviewing proposal format and components and understanding the process of ascertaining and meeting funders' proposal needs.
