Yellow Bluff and United Way of the Coastal Empire team together for Coastal Living
Midway, GA - Yellow Bluff and United Way of the Coastal Empire team together for Coastal Living and Cottage Living magazines' 2008 Holiday Coastal Cottage. Tours run from October 13 through December 14 at Yellow Bluff, located 10 miles East of I-95 at Exit 76, 30 minutes south of Savannah. Tours operate from 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Thursday to Saturday and on Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. $10 tickets benefit United Way of the Coastal Empire. The Holiday Coastal Cottage, built by JT Turner Construction Co., Inc. and designed by L. Scott Barnard Architects & Associates, is ENERGY STAR and LEEDH certified as a Green Home.
The third annual 2008 Holiday Coastal Cottage is more than your average show home. The Sunstruck Cottage features the latest in Green building trends, universal design for accessibility, and timeless interiors. The Holiday Coastal Cottage feature in the November/December issues of Coastal Living and Cottage Living magazines will feature the Sunstruck Cottage and the scenic beauty of Yellow Bluff and the unspoiled Georgia coast to 7 million readers.
