Savannah/Hilton Head International Opens New U.S. Postal Unit

Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport will celebrate the opening of a new U.S. Postal Unit with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, October 15, at 10:30 a.m. The Postal Unit, located on the lower level of the Airport at the Visitor Information Center, will increase convenience and access to postal services for passengers, visitors, and Airport tenants and will carry a full line of postal products and services including postage stamps, Express and Priority mail service, and packaging supplies. Postal customers may also deposit letter and parcel mail at the new unit. The hours of operation for postal service are seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with mail pick-up Monday through Saturday at 4:45 p.m., excluding holidays.

"The new unit, staffed by Airport Visitor Center employees, brings in the sought after services of the U.S.P.S., delivered with our "First In Service" commitment.
