Regina Bell Savannah's Gospel 1230 WSOK announces its 5th Annual Gospel Music Awards, to be held Friday, October 24, 2008, 7:30 pm at St. John Baptist Church 522- 528 Hartridge Street in Savannah. This year's event will include awards to the best gospel talent in the Savannah area. The categories to be awarded will include Best Choir, Best Female Vocalist, Best Male Chorus, Best New Artist and Best Duo/Group.

The 5th Annual Gospel Music Awards will include live performances by First Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Eric Brack and The Perpetual Praise Chorale, Victory Prayer Synagogues, The Crew and national recording artist The Wardlaw Brothers. Our special guest host will be Pendulum Recording Artist Regina Belle.

Tickets for the 5th Annual Gospel Music Awards are on sale for $10 and available at Lester's Florist, 2100 Bull Street in Savannah.
